DESCRIPTION: We would like to count on MCS staff, friends and loved ones at our next beach cleanup.   KEY DETAILS: Date: Sunday, May 25, 2025 Location: Playa Bizarreta, Juana Díaz (here the pin [maps.app.goo.gl]) Hours: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM: 7-9am- arrival of staff, setting up tents 10-11:59am Start garbage collection - you will be provided with a garbage bag, gloves, water and the essentials for the activity 12-12:10pm Completion of garbage collection and weighing 12:22-1:10pm Recreational activities for volunteers and counting and weighing of trash collected on the beach (and lunch sale for fundraiser ) 1:10-1:29pm closing and gifts to the winners 1:30pm end of event 1:31-2:30pm Disassembly Community Work Certificate: 4.5 Hours (MCS=7.5hrs) Capacity: 200 Employees   HOW TO PARTICIPATE?  Register aquí [eventbrite.com] individually to RSVP. Tirado Pérez President & Founder Doce25 C: (787) 672-8883 ADDITIONAL DETAILS We anticipate the participation of more than 300 people, the collaboration of at least three (3) sponsors and the active presence of at least two (2) local small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). Three (3) or more tents will be set up on the beach for specific functions: registration area, oasis and market space for local SMEs. Two (2) sections will be established for cleanup, each with a minimum diameter of 93 to 115 feet. All areas will have Doce25 ushers, who will be available to guide and assist participants with everything necessary. In addition, it is possible that different universities in the country provide collective transportation to their students to attend the event. If this is confirmed, the buses will arrive at the beach grounds starting at 9:30 a.m. and will end their service at 1:30 p.m. to return participants to their point of origin. Promotion of the event will begin four to six weeks before the scheduled date, through Doce25's social networks and all available media. Registration for the event will be available on our Linktree on Instagram, where interested parties must register and complete the release of responsibility form to participate in the activity.
