This is a highly important position as the Director of Youth is considered our ambassador of impressions. • Heads up youth aspects of TWST4Girls
• Receives and responds to applications with further instructions
• Schedules and facilitates interviews with parents and TWST kids
• Onboards and welcomes new TWST kids to all communication systems
• Tracks youth's attendance
• Sends appropriate communication to youth and parents
• Keeps abreast of TWST kids' needs and matches mentors accordingly
• Monthlychecks in with parents to answer any questions or concerns (or retrieves answers from appropriate sources).
• Informs Executive Director of new referrals
• Receives and manages new referrals
