Position Description:

As a WorkSource connection site, North Seattle Family Resource Center serves as a link to employment and education information and services. Assist North Seattle Family Resource Center participants with employment support. Provide direct client services in areas of creating and reviewing resumes and cover letters, assisting with applications, use of social media and networking, interviewing skills and referral to community resource and support services. Performs related duties as required. This position will conduct assessments, provide one-on-one job search assistance, make referrals, and assist participants with job retention and wage progression after placement.
