Description:

• Deliver either in-person or web-based trainings to TWST Volunteers or Mentees.
• Builds and maintains training materials.
• Identifies and recommends helpful ideas and tips to maximize mentorship effectiveness.
• Ensures Volunteers' understanding of current resources, materials, mission, and expectations of TWST4Girls.
• Works directly with the Volunteer Coordinator to schedule training for new volunteers
• Answers training-related questions or questions/concerns within their area of knowledge.
• Updates the Volunteer Profile spreadsheet when a mentor has completed training.
• Touches base with mentors after 30 days to answer any questions or concerns prior to matching.
