Donating Hygiene Kits for Volunteer Hours

Hygiene Kits: These kits support participants across our welcome centers, Homeless Connect Day monthly events, and outreach efforts. These kits help meet essential daily needs and are one of our most frequently requested items.
Requirements: Must be able to purchase the items for the kits as LAFH does not provide them. Must assemble the kits at your place of residence or other location. LAFH facilities are not available for this opportunity. Deliver the completed kits to our LAFH office in North Hollywood during specified operating hours; we do not offer donation pickups. Must be individually packed in a small bag (ziplock, compartment bag, etc.).
I.e. Each kit must have one of each item listed below...

• 2 X Body Wipes
• 1 X Bar Soap
• 1 X Disposable Razor
• 1 X Shaving Cream
• 1 X Conditioner
• 1 X Shampoo
• 1 X Toothbrush
• 1 X Toothpaste
• 1 X Deodorant
• 1 X Body Lotion
• 1 X Pair of socks

5 kits = 1 volunteer hour
We do not fulfill court-ordered volunteer hours.
